joomla installation on win 2003 server

HI,
My webhost is running windows 2003 and 2008 server, I have problem installing joomla though there is php and mysql installed.I tried it once but after the installation is finished it gave me error messages.
I now downloaded the bitnmai joomla win installer to upload to my hosting space.
How do i go about the installation or do you have any idea on how I can istall joomla on my hosting space ?

You will need to run the installer in the server, but not all the hosting companies allow that, so you should ask them directly. What’s the company, by the way? I’ll try to find some information on the net about that.
