Firefox Problem
We installed Bitnami’s Alfresco stack and find that none of the internal links (e.g. My Alfresco, My Home, Company Home, etc.) work in Firefox? These same internal links work fine in IE. Could this be a configuration problem? Is anyone else seeing this problem? |

Hi, In which operating system are you running the stack on? Cheers |
SLES 10, 64-bit. We have the latest update for 64-bit OS’s. Jdaniel and I work together (see his earlier post). |

We’ll try to reproduce it, but it is weird because all BitNami developers use Firefox as the default web browser and we have never experienced this issue. Cheers |

Thanks. We’ve looked through the Alfresco bug database and can find nothing suggesting anything like this, so we feel it is isolated to either our specific install/config or the build we are running in our environment. |

I’ve downloaded the Bitnami Alfresco stack for Windows to my development machine, just to see if the Firefox problem was related to the server (64-bit Linux) we were running it on, but I am getting the exact same behavior. Were you able to reproduce the problem on your end? |

I’ve discovered the problem…it was me. Somehow, I did not have Javascript enabled in Firefox’s preference dialog. I had just downloaded and installed the latest version of Firefox, so I do not know if this is how the installed sets the environment by default or not. But, anyway, this problem is solved. Sorry to slow you down. |
