Lost Requests

Hey Everyone,

I don’t know if they could be classified as “lost requests” or not but I can’t seem to figure out what’s up with Redmine. It seems like every couple of page requests an exception will occur, but if I simply do a refresh (and resend data if I was saving something) it loads like nothing ever happened. Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before?

Hi Matt,

Probably your problem is one of the two Mongrel servesr is down and some of requests go to this server. The default BitNami Redmine configuration is an Apache server running as a load balancer with two Mongrel servers. Have you tried to restart the Mongrel cluster? Have you installed the Stack on Windows, Linux or OS X?
